• Advise management and relevant stakeholders on various legal matters, including banking regulations, financial services laws, and digital banking regulations

You will be working in a team of 2, managing wide range of legal administrative work. Liaise and coordinate with clients regarding their bookings and appointments. You will support in projects and ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle legal documents and review terms and conditions

• Handle inbound client requests and enquiries by phone/email and follow up accordingly

• Manage and update client information in the database (CRM)

• Bring valuable expertise in supporting Clinical Psychologists to research and operationalize projects that are applied to corporate psychological services, such as the Behavioural Insights (B.I.) projects and coaching projects, with relevant Industrial-Organizational psychology and/or psychological research background and knowledge
• Conduct relevant research, such as B.I. and nudges, coaching models, for strengthening empiricism on applying psychological knowledge and behavioural science in law enforcement setting
• Investigate and examine the potential applications of B.I. and nudges to different areas of team’s works
• Responsible for designing and implementing the initiatives of organizational psychological services, including but not limited to newsletters, presentations, work groups, and research projects

• FATCA and CRS Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations, including identifying reportable accounts, reporting to tax authorities, and withholding taxes as required.

• Risk Assessment and Due Diligence: Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on customers, accounts, and transactions to identify potential FATCA and CRS compliance risks.

• Customer Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring: Develop and implement procedures for customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations.

• Providing company secretarial services to private companies, including ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations

• Preparing and filing documents with the Companies Registry, such as annual returns, notices of change of company particulars, and resolutions

• Maintaining the statutory records of private companies, including the register of members, directors, and significant controllers

• Organizing and attending board meetings and general meetings for private companies

• Recording share transfers and issuance of new shares for private companies
