Our client is an integrated technology and services company that provides a range of services, including electronic payment services, lottery, mobile games and entertainment, and marketing technical services. The company's e-payment services enable secure and efficient online transactions, while its lottery segment offers a variety of games and platforms to customers. They are a leading player in the industry listed on GEM board and is committed to innovation, customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional services to its clients.


Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with merchants, partners, and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and assess legal risks associated with business operations, and develop strategies to mitigate them, including advising on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Provide legal support for commercial transactions, including payment processing agreements, merchant agreements, and other business deals.

• Ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to payment processing, data privacy, and consumer protection.

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder agreements, and company secretarial duties.

• Protect the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights, and advise on IP-related matters.


Experience

PQE 5+, qualified in Hong Kong or PRC are both welcomed. Possess in-house commercial experience and has exposure in TMT / fintech / e-payment industry would be a plus. Solid people management experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
