With the changing needs of the markets and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, they are currently looking for 2 separate headcounts, a Legal Secretary and a Paralegal talent to join the organization.


Responsibilities

• Assist associates and partners in preparing legal documents related to matrimonial cases, such as divorce petitions, settlement agreements, and child custody agreements

• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all necessary documents are filed correctly and securely

• Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for associates, partners and clients

• Communicate and liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner

• Conduct legal research on matrimonial laws and precedents to support associates and partners in case preparation

• Draft correspondence, emails, and other written communications on behalf of associates and partners

• Prepare and file legal documents with the court, ensuring all deadlines are met

• Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and evidence for matrimonial cases


Experience

Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures related to matrimonial law. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex case files. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Knowledge of legal research methods and software for supporting attorneys in case preparation.

You are proactive, self-motivated, agile in learning, open-minded and up for challenges.
