Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters within the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, distributors and other third parties

• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of issues, including intellectual property, regulatory compliance, litigation etc.

• Manage and coordinate external counsels when necessary

• Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk

• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry

• Conduct training sessions for employees on legal matters relevant to their roles

• Monitor and report on legal developments that may impact the company's operations


Experience

7+ years of experience in legal field, possess in-house experience, private practice exposure is a plus. Proven track record of managing legal matters independently and providing strategic legal advice to senior management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. You are proactive, self-motivated, agile in learning, open-minded and up for challenges.
