• Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support, e.g. , such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, managing fixed assets, coordinating the budget, procuring office supplies and stationery ETC
• Prepare business correspondences, presentation materials, compile reports and meeting munities in a variety of formats under guidance with professional quality
• Undertake duties in full compliance with company policies such as issuing purchase orders and processing payments in SAP, and managing staff claims in coordination with Financial Control
• Provide support to the strategy team for desktop research, summarising insights and internal communication
• Work alongside all strategy activities and take ownership of projects/initiatives as required
• A recognized University Degree in Business disciplines
• A minimum 2 years relevant experience providing administrative support to senior managers in project office or project management experience
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Has a passion for learning and working in a fast-changing environment
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Energetic, good interpersonal skills, a quick learner and team player
• Proficient in both written and spoken skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
