Our client, a governmental sector, is now looking for a Secretary (9 Months Contract) to join their professional team.


Responsibilities

• Handle and prioritise incoming documents, emails, files, correspondence,

• Lining up meetings and arranging logistics support for supervisor(s) and officers in attending meetings, events, duty visits etc.; 

• Provide secretarial support including answering telephone calls, taking messages, receiving visitors for supervisor(s), typing and filing, etc.; 

• Maintain an up-to-date diary of appointments for supervisor(s); 

• Provide general administration support and liaison with other bureaux / departments and external parties including updating reference materials, arranging claims of reimbursement on expenses and leave and passage allowance, collating returns, drafting routine documents and conducting information search; and 

• Undertaking any other secretarial duties as assigned by supervisor(s). 

 


Experience

• Minimum 7 years of relevant full-time working experience in secretarial/administrative field

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua 

• Knowledge in Chinese word processing and English word processing

• Good Knowledge of MS Office

• Relevant working experience in the Government or in public organisations is an advantage.
