Working Location: Admiralty


Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)


Salary: $19,535 /month


Contract period: 9 months (starts Jan 2025)


Responsibilities

Job Duties:


to assist in vetting and processing of funding applications;

to monitor the progress, disbursement and accounting arrangements of granted projects;

to maintain database, input details for calculation and analysis;

to provide logistical support in arranging meetings, updating websites, etc. ;

to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.


Experience

Min. Requirements:


HKDSE Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese, English and Mathematics;

At least 4 years administrative working experience;

High proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications;

English and Chinese typing speed at 30 wpm and 20 wpm respectively;

Experience in handling funding, research administration in higher education sector of Government would be an advantage.
