Our client is an international manufacturer of medical devices looking for an Administrator to join their team.


Responsibilities

Office Administration – 30%

·        Perform full spectrum of administrative duties in supporting the day to day office activities with internal and external parties

·        Coordinate the repair and maintenance for office equipment

·        Track office supplies stock and place orders when necessary

·        Participate in other ad-hoc administrative duties / projects assigned by superior


Sales Administration – 70%

·        Assist in the daily sales administration activities (e.g., Sales proposal (Powerpoint), quotation, contract, invoice, documen


Experience

• Diploma or above in related disciplines

• Fresh Graduates with internship or relevant administration experience are welcome

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English

• Good knowledge in MS offices (Excel & Powerpoint)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
