General Manager of B2B (welcome telecommunication)

Our client is a FMCG famous company looking for a General Manager.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the profit and loss of the B2B business as a whole 
  • Lead the sales team of 25 to 30 to meet the sales targets 
  • Formulate and build strategic business and sales strategies and action plans to maximize business revenues 
  • Devise and execute sales plans to generate sales revenues at different B2B (Government / School / Residential Consumer channels)



Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in B2B industry in which 10 years at managerial level
  • Extensive experience in managing B2B Business is a MUST
  • Proven ability to successfully implement new initiatives and projects
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment




Education

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
