Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive (FMCG)

Our client is an APAC Lifestyle company, and they are now seeking to hire a Sales Executive, APAC to support their sales team.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to explore potential business partnerships in Southeast Asia through cold calling and scheduling business meetings.

• Develop New Customers: Generate the call list and arrange cold call for prospect with meeting confirmation. Good telesales skill is preferrable. 
• Market Update: Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects. 
• Meeting Presentation / Reporting: Good consolidation and summary skill in preparing the presentable presentation and reports.
• Order Coordination: Entering order information into the company database OA / AX system. Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products. Detail-mind and sincere with customer satisfaction consideration.
• Aftersales Service Support and admin support

• Requires 1-2 years of experience in the OEM industry and in B2C/D2C roles, ideally within the Outdoor Gear, Appliances, or Car Accessories sectors.
• Product knowledge in Outdoor Gear, Appliances, and Car Accessories is essential.
• Experience in developing the Southeast Asian market is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent customer service skills, characterized by a pleasant, positive, and approachable demeanor.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
