Job Responsibilities:
eDM Management:
• Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including:
• Scheduling and sending eDM campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Data Analysis:
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
Project:
• Plan, design, and implement the project.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to conduct the task.
• Analyse, monitor, and evaluate the project.
• Handle inquiries from different parties.
• Support ad-hoc tasks from other teams.
Miscellaneous:
• Assist in the planning and execution of other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
• Provide support to the broader marketing team as required.
Job Requirements:
• S2: Degree or above in business or other relevant disciplines.
• Good command of English and Chinese language skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• At least 2 years of work experience.(S2)
• Well organized, strong interpersonal skills, team player, self-starter, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiar with SAP, Radica , Ri+ would be an advantage.
