Customer Services Manager

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Admiralty

Salary: $68,000 /month

Contract Period: 6 months (renewable)

Entry Requirements:

Bachelor's degree;

HKDSE Level 3 or above in Chinese, English and Mathematics or equivalent;

min 11 years working experience, with at least 9 years of managerial experience in customer services/ enquiries and complaints handling;

experience in Government/ public sector organisations, and in administration of funding schemes will be an advantage;

good language skills and proficiency in computer office applications;

strong leadership, good communication skills and able to work independently.
