Brand Marketing Associate (FMCG / F&B)

Our client is a famous FMCG food and beverage company. We are hiring a junior marketing specialist to support brand marketing manager in Hong Kong. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the delivery of project management, brand & trade marketing support, administrative assistance, influencer engagement, and event support.

• Manage premium quality of POS communication according to different touchpoints and the implementation of trade marketing and consumer activation plan 
• Gather consumer insights, sales data, consumption statistics and visibility plan to identity campaign success, execution effectiveness, live photos and learnings 
•  Work closely with the Brand Marketing, Headquarter team, Agencies and Sales Managers to understand and implement global POS guidelines that meet local needs
• Participate and support in the planning and execution of brand campaigns
• Support on brand design and execution of the highest quality across channels, campaigns and events. Follow up to ensure the placement in line with expectation and review its effectiveness.
• Provides day-to-day advertising campaign implementation support to the Brand Manager, while in close contact and collaboration with Media Agency.

• 2-year experience working in international brands or branding agencies particularly in brand management
• Attention to detail in branding elements
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations in both Chinese and English 

• Bachelor's degree and Fluency in English & Cantonese (verbal and written)
