Senior IT Support

Our client is a well-known global company and they are looking for a Senior IT Support to cope with their business (i.e. IT systems, hardware and software issues, network problems etc.)

• Assist in maintaining optimal availability and security of IT infrastructures for office and retail locations, including the setup and decommissioning of IT systems during store openings and relocations.
• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including POS hardware in collaboration with vendors.
• Manage user domain accounts and permissions, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and monitor network traffic using Zscaler and Fortigate for security threats.
• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 applications, manage cloud resources on AWS and Azure, and ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Document technical issues and solutions, maintain IT inventory, and coordinate with local IT providers to ensure smooth operations across different markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Knowledge of Office 365 and domain administration, with familiarity in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Practical experience with Windows Server (including DHCP, File Server, Print Server), Mac OS etc.
