Our client is a leading consulting firm with regional coverage, they are looking for an End User Support Engineer with solid experience in L2 support to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Level 2 support staff station at HK Airport.
  • Provide production and user support in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Coordinate with the offshore support team to provide application support for the system.
  • Assign problem investigations, bug fixes, and minor enhancements to offshore team members.
  • Ensure the release plan and Incident Management System are up-to-date.
  • Escalate issues to the Service Manager in a timely manner when necessary.
  • Manage, track, and report on team work plans.



Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT work experience.
  • Presentable with an outgoing personality.
  • Committed to system support work.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows workstations.
  • Basic understanding of Java and Angular.
  • Possess application support work experience is an advantage.
  • Office hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • On-call for S1/S2 incidents during non-office hours.
  • Immediately Available is preferred



Education

  • Bachelor Degree of above in information technology or related.
