Senior EUC Engineer (SCCM/ Intune)

Our client is an electricity company in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Senior EUC Engineer with solid experience in endpoint management and a strong focus on enhancing the end-user to join their dynamic team.

• Manage and configure Intune/SCCM for endpoint management, device compliance, and setup policies.
• Responsible for handle and drive down the number of endpoint incidents/vulnerabilities and archive the SLAs.
• Provide Tier 3 support, conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes for endpoint-related issues. 
• Oversee application packaging and deployment processes in Intune or SCCM.
• Support various team members in completing tasks related to endpoint projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on endpoint management and vulnerability management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering endpoint-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell.
• Experience in application packaging and deployment in Intune/SCCM.
• Experience in managing platforms rather than just infrastructure.
• Strong skills in planning, coordination, communication, and presentation.
• Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure DevOps, and Automation is a plus.
• Immediate available is preferred
