Our client, A well establish IT solution enterprise is seeking for IT support to support user in the long term banking project


Responsibilities

  • Provide IT helpdesk support - troubleshoot and resolve it related problem.
  • Maintain Setup office PC, Mobile, Meeting Room, Phone system, Printing services, Wifi & IT related system device.
  • Ensure the availability on Meeting Room System, Phone System, Network at the start of the day.



Experience


  • Minimum 1 year IT support experience
  • Prior Banking IT support support experience will be preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.



Education

  • Higher diploma in Computer Sciences, Information System or related disciplines
