• Handle and prioritise incoming documents, emails, files, correspondence,
• Lining up meetings and arranging logistics support for supervisor(s) and officers in attending meetings, events, duty visits etc.;
• Provide secretarial support including answering telephone calls, taking messages, receiving visitors for supervisor(s), typing and filing, etc.;
• Maintain an up-to-date diary of appointments for supervisor(s);
• Provide general administration support and liaison with other bureaux / departments and external parties including updating reference materials, arranging claims of reimbursement on expenses and leave and passage allowance, collating returns, drafting routine documents and conducting information search; and
• Undertaking any other secretarial duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
