HRBP/ Specialist (In-store)

My client is a well-known company currently seeking an HR Business Partner (Based in store).

• Collaborate with the unit manager on all aspects of people management.
• Ensure the implementation of a values-driven recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to retain a diverse talent pool.
• Work alongside the management team to implement and monitor budgeted workforce plans that ensure a diverse and effective staff structure, meeting business and productivity objectives.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to coordinate training schedules for co-workers, supporting both internal and external learning opportunities in line with the broader development strategy.

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role or in the People & Culture field
• Willingness to work shift duties on weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations, and applicable related policies and laws.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin
