Our client is a multinational accessories retailer in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Temporary Retail Operation Support Officer to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Consolidate sales data and prepare sales-related reports in weekly & monthly basis
  • Provide daily support on administrative task for store team, including but not limited to license, stationery and supplies orders, staff uniform and namebadge arrangement
  • Prepare monthly accrual to Finance team and settle the payment in SAP
  • Support retail operations team on part-time staff rostering, incentive and allowance calculation
  • Manage the inventory for HK & Macau stores, complete stock transfer in SAP system
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Experience

  • Higher Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, retail or fashion industry preferred
  • High degree of responsibility, self-motivated, capable to work independently
  • Good PC skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is preferred
