Brand Management & Trade Marketing

• Responsible for bridging all the execution plans from brand guideline to detailed activity plan for the assigned brands
• Prepare sales analysis to identify growth areas for eyewear/sunglasses, men/women, special edition, premium collection, best-sellers/new products, average price, etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for managing the product offerings, pricing, promotions, forecasting to achieve sales and market share KPI’s/targets
• Monitor the distribution to maximize the potential of each sector and each channel as per the defined objectives and criterion (contract management, prospecting, loyalty-building, screening, convergence and productivity)
• Plan and launch the new collections throughout the network along with the related commercial and promotional initiatives with a view on the ROI on the short-term, mid-term and long-term perspective

• Manage premium quality of POS communication according to different touchpoints and the implementation of trade marketing and consumer activation plan 
• Gather consumer insights, sales data, consumption statistics and visibility plan to identity campaign success, execution effectiveness, live photos and learnings 
•  Work closely with the Brand Marketing, Headquarter team, Agencies and Sales Managers to understand and implement global POS guidelines that meet local needs
• Participate and support in the planning and execution of brand campaigns
• Support on brand design and execution of the highest quality across channels, campaigns and events. Follow up to ensure the placement in line with expectation and review its effectiveness.
• Provides day-to-day advertising campaign implementation support to the Brand Manager, while in close contact and collaboration with Media Agency.

eDM Management:

• Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including:

• Scheduling and sending eDM campaigns

• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).

Project:

• Plan, design, and implement the project.

• Liaise with both internal and external parties to conduct the task.

• Analyse, monitor, and evaluate the project.

• Handle inquiries from different parties.

• Support ad-hoc tasks from other teams.

Miscellaneous:

• Assist in the planning and execution of other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

• Provide support to the broader marketing team as required.
