Our client is a leading China Bank and they are looking for a Receptionist to join their Private Banking division.


Responsibilities

  • Perform all-rounded receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, managing meeting rooms’ bookings and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle conference rooms booking and ensure conference rooms and reception area to be maintained neat and tidy at all times
  • Provide general administrative support to the department including but not limited to filing system, managing office supplies, equipment and inventory records, meeting arrangements, calendar management, and expense claim etc.
  • Assist in record keeping and generate reports
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor



Experience

  • 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or office administration
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good communication skill, with fluent Cantonese, good English and Mandarin speaking
  • Familiar with MS Office application (Word, Excel or PowerPoint)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
