My client is a private holiday company located in Central and is now looking for a PA due to expansion.


Responsibilities

  • Provide full comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to Senior Management, covering business operations, event coordination, and personal matters.
  • Carry out general reception tasks such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail/courier services, arranging company transportation, and reserving meeting rooms.
  • Arrange travel logistics for both business and personal trips, including booking flights, securing hotel accommodations, planning itineraries, and assisting with visa applications.
  • Support general office administration by ensuring the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and other miscellaneous items.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.



Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant administrative support/Secretary experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-sufficient, mature, and well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility. Detail-oriented, capable of working under tight deadlines, and able to multitask while prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
