Our client is an American mobility as a service provider looking for a Customer Services / Operations Assistant to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist driver partners through the onboarding process and walk them through the app in the most efficient way possible
  • Help existing partners troubleshoot any issues they experience
  • Be the advocate of Uber’s technology and communicate to potential partners
  • Maintain a professional relationship with key partners
  • Provide timely updates and user feedback to support the strategy

Experience

  • Self-driven, willingness to work in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
  • Strong communication skills whether through phone or text messaging
  • Fluency in Cantonese is a must, fluency in English is preferred
  • Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to users
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Good knowledge of the industry is a plus
  • 1 year experience in the customer service industry
  • Preferably have call handling experience

  • Willingness to work in shifts and (rotating weekend offs, work shift during public holidays -- total workin
