HR Business Partner (Retail)

Our client, an international retail company, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing support and guidance on HR tools, processes, and policies to maximize organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Global HR Business Partner to develop and implement a cohesive people plan.
• Work with the business to apply best-in-class HR processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Oversee the candidate selection and onboarding process.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal and prepare a summary report.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience in sizable companies
• Experience in business partnering is a must
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and regulatory practices
• Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, especially payroll-related
• Professional HR qualification would be an advantage
