- Colleborate with Senior Technology manager who is operating out of HK, work on regulatory applications.
- Managing the applications that are hosted on these hardware platforms.
- Maintainence activities include OS upgrades, security patching, enhancements patching, and other network driven changes.
- Monitors the health of the hardware platforms and the applications hosted on them.
- Problem resolution must be organized and prioritized based on problem criticality and impact to the business.
- Evaluate alternatives and, utilizing all available resources, effect correct resolutions in the quickest and safest manners.
- Experience in deskside/ application support
- Experience in regulatory application is a plus
