• Handle BVI and Cayman Islands registered office matters

• Support internal and external stakeholders, i.e., attorneys, clients and service providers

• Manage a portfolio delegated to you by the team manager

• Perform accurate corporate filing

• Go through board and shareholder resolutions and corporate documents, update in corporate records respectively

• Manage and maintain systems and databases, perform data cleaning periodically

• Review and keep track on outstanding invoices
