• To provide support for projects under Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in the Mainland, economies with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Hong Kong and other relevant economies
• To provide support services such as conducting credit research and company search on the grantees, chasing for overdue reports, pre-change request supports, pre-agreement signing supports, preparation on oversea onsite checks and paying visits to the grantees’ local entities in Hong Kong for ascertaining whether they are in operation.

• Manage and administer the Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities covering the Mainland, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) & Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (IPPA) and other relevant economies.

• Oversee and manage a team of around 30 - 40 members to perform document checking, handle grantee’s requests and enquiries in professional and timely manner, supporting on agreement signing etc.

• Occasional travel to the HK for performing on-site checking for selective funded projects

• Compile programme statistics, prepare relevant reports and meeting materials to related parties

• Supervise the supporting staff to perform operations and fulfill compliance requirement.
