• Responsible for the success of the ERP solution delivery for payroll-related processes
• Report to Senior Manager – Enlight and work closely with other subject matter experts to discuss the process design, seek process design decisions and report blockers where required 
• Understand payroll-related functionalities and capabilities in new ERP solution
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to define related business requirements and provide solutions to align different requirements and design of to-be process
• Work closely with Technical Team and the System Integrator (SI) to deliver to-be process which satisfies business requirements

Duties:

• Conduct CDD of customer profile for onboarding Cross-Border Account Opening   
• Identify and verify KYC documents (FATCA & CRS) and customer statistic data.

• Engage with bank Mainland branches to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level.
• Perform variety of back office support functions, such as customer     account maintenance, document filing and etc

• Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable financial targets
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution
• Work together with the Group finance team to address any inquiries or disputes relating to intercompany recharges
• Contribute to the Group cost reporting process, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and timely submission of required information
