Sports & Recreation Manager

Our client is a luxury club house and now they are going to find a Tennis and Sports and Recreation Manager for three branches. As an Manager or assistant manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships between Charitable Foundation and the communities we serve. We work closely with community leaders, stakeholders and volunteers to develop and implement engagement strategies that align with the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the General Manager and CSR of the Club.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, stakeholders and volunteers.
• Leading the Tennis court, swimming pools, gym room, and all facilities, with Spa and wellness areas
• Co-ordinate, organize and execute community events, outreach programmes, and other initiatives to increase involvement and support.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of community engagement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Club and the community, responding to enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Tennis and coach background would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sports coach, communications, or public relations.
