Our client is a premier gift products and lifestyle services provider with over 50 stores and POS in HK.


Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements and improves operational policies and procedures and operations strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in all stores
  • Communicate company’s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team, structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities
  • Formulate KPI, commission & incentive scheme and seasonal incentive scheme
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal store KPIs, high customer capture rate, increases client base and sales revenue
  • Maintain excellent customer service standard and sales performance 
  • Review stock levels and assortments to maximize presentation and sales
  • Control the retail expenses in line with yearly budget
  • Compliance & process improvement management
  • SOP development and implementation / Standardization across all retail network

Experience

  • 10 years or above retail management experience
  • Passionate for retail and licensing business
  • Capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset, result oriented and able to deliver results
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment and to meet high standards
  • Numerical mindset, able to work per priority and targets, presenting ideas and driving the others via a problem-solving approach

Education

Bachelor's degree or above
