Our client is a luxurious resort based in Guangzhou. It is renowned for their luxurious accommodations, world-class amenities and full range of activities including golf courses, spa treatments, fine- dining and more.  They are currently looking for a Head of Health Centre for the resort's comprehensive wellness state-of the-art facility.


  • Planning and Execution Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies in alignment with the Chairman's mission and goals. Conduct market analysis to understand competition and strategically position the business.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, providing efficient and effective services. Identify and enact process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and patient care.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Guarantee adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Implement quality assurance initiatives to uphold superior patient care standards.
  • Patient Care and Contentment: Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing service delivery. Continuously improve the overall patient experience within the clinic.
  • Technology and Creativity: Supervise the integration of new technologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Promote and implement innovative practices within the clinic.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster transparent communication within the clinic and with external stakeholders. Establish and nurture partnerships with other healthcare providers, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Crisis Preparedness: Formulate and execute plans to handle crises and emergencies. Identify and mitigate risks to the clinic's operations and reputation.

Responsibilities


Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Min of 10 years of experience in healthcare management (including a minimum of 4 years at a managerial level), with a global and cross-cultural perspective
  • Effective leadership abilities and proficiency in strategic planning.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal competencies.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial management and budget oversight.
  • Proficiency in healthcare regulations, laws, and ethical guidelines
  • Proven expertise in implementing process enhancements and introducing innovative methodologies.
  • Experience in working in China resort/health & wellness/health centres.
  • Must be strong communicator in Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Open to frequent travel/based in China.
