Assistant Manager (New Installation - Elevator)

Our client is a multinational electronic company. They are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (New Installation) to support their team.

• Strategically expand business in order to achieve company goal
• Responsible for devising and implementing all necessary sales strategies, promotion activities and initiatives
• Work with Head of Sales for strategic direction to drive business volume and profitability; ensure effective sales and pricing strategy is developed, adapted to the market needs and implemented to maximize sales revenue
• Responsible for successfully bidding and securing New Installation contracts, and develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Works in coordination owners, architects and/or consultant in the pre-bidding of New Installation jobs
• Includes building strong customer relationships, and maintains market awareness of projects and competitors
• Prepares cost estimations and bidding packages and ensures that jobs will be profitable

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Well-versed in all MS office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 5 years of related working experience is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Engineer
