Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager

one of the top luxury brand. is currently seeking a Store Manager for their Maison in downtown . ( Less experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Assistant Store Manager )

• Review daily, weekly and monthly sales and product performance data taking action to improve sales performance
• Develop short and long-term business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Drive the quality of the in-store customer experience and build enduring relationships by communicating and training team on Aesop’s approach to hosting, customer service and consultations
• Maintain outstanding store condition such as stock management, administration, payroll and visual merchandising standards
• Implement all Consultant training requirements within store to a high standard and initiate regular conversations with teams to seek opportunities for improvement

• Minimum of 10 year’s experience in Luxury retail with at least 4 years of managerial experience
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented mind
• Strong sense of luxury service with excellent clienteling skills
• Dynamic team player with outstanding people management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded with good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of speaking and written English, Mandarin
