Store Detectives Team Leader

Our client is a leading pan-Asian retailer, looking for a Store Detectives Team Leader to join their Risk Management and Loss Prevention team.

• Plan monthly roster for in-house senior and store detectives
• Supervise the performance for in-house senior and store detectives
• Collect data and footage for crime intelligence
• Liaise with other departments for crime detection and prevention 
• Provide training and coaching to frontline shop associate
• Conduct regular shop visit
• Prepare weekly OSD activities report

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit is an advantage
• A least 3 years relevant retail experience, retail detective is preferred
• Good communication skills
