As a brand ambassador, deliver excellent client experience, embody its image to promote the brand and the collection with solid production knowledge and story telling

• 具備發現顧客需求的能力，同時可以提供給顧客專業的戶外著装建議，從而完成銷售指標
• Identify customer’s needs and providing professional products suggestions to achieve sales targets
• 擔任品牌營銷大使，協助戶外及時尚愛好者的社群活動
• Act as a brand ambassador, support with outdoor activities to improving customer satisfaction
• 不斷提高顧客對品牌的滿意度時刻關注購物環境及品牌形象，確保顧客體驗的安全舒適
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction with the brand and maintain an excellent shopping environment to ensure the customer experience
• 協助執行店鋪的日常運作、貨品調配、店鋪陳列
• Assist in store daily operation, merchandise displays and other sales activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year related experience in fashion retail preferably in ready-to-wear
• Client centric and passionate in fashion 
• Energetic, positive and approachable
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior Sales Associate or Supervisor
• 最少一年或以上零售經驗
• 良好中英文、國語溝通技巧及銷售能力
• 主動熱誠，親切有禮
• 歡迎時裝/美容/有零售經驗人士
• 有不同品牌可供選擇

• 中五程度畢業
