Our client is the largest disciplined service in Hong Kong is looking for a Social Media Copywriter to join their team.
• Create content in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English, encompassing various formats such as video scripts, captivating captions, informative articles, interactive stories, and community engagement post with a professional image of company;
• Assist in managing the social media accounts
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
• Collaborate with production and design teams to innovate campaign and content strategies;
• Track and analyze key content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using relevant analytics tools;
• Generate performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and optimization in content strategy and execution;
• Leverage data insights to refine content approaches and engagement.
• Bachelor degree in Communication, Language, Journalist, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in Chinese and English copywriting specifically for social media or advertising is preferred
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, youtube and 小紅書, etc
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of MS Office application, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop & AI
• Self-motivated, organized, and good interpersonal and communication skills
