• Develop content for a new global startup community platform by working closely with internal marketing partners, cross-functional teams and external partners
• Acquire new members and develop community campaigns to enhance customer experience through various touch points online and offline
• Drive and execute community campaigns, including campaign calendar planning, content strategy and design, segmentation, and personalization
• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure CRM performance, KPIs and conversions to help enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Business, Management or Marketing;
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in communications, marketing, translation, etc. Experience in customer loyalty programme and CRM would be an advantage;
• Experiences in planning, delivering, and executing eDM including a good understanding of segmentation, personalization, email designs knowledge, dynamic contents and compliance with data privacy regulations is preferred;
• Strong copywriting skills and some knowledge of design software (such as Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage;
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, copywriting and communication skills;
• Strong can-do mind-set & people skills;
• Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English;
• Commencing position will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, and competencies.
