Place of work: East Kowloon Cultural Centre Office (Kowloon Bay)
Working Hours: 9:30am to 18:30pm inclusive of an hour lunch break, Mon to Fri, 45 hours per week
Salary: $792 per day, start from 8 July 2024 to 7 July 2025 (1 year contract)
Duties:
(a) To assist in inputting hirers' booking data into the computerised booking system, compiling information of booking applications and statistical returns on the usage of venue
(b) To prepare and issue correspondence in respect of facilities hiring services and rental refund
(c) To response enquiries of hirers and general public concerning facilities hiring, refund and programme rescheduling
(d) To be responsible for the booking file system and filing practices including the receipt, processing. storage and retrieval of document and hiring information
(e) To prepare and check documents for senior officers for facilities hiring and operation
(f) To accomplish simple accounting duties such as preparing, issuing and checking standard demand notes, receipts and reminders
(g) To assist in manage the database for contact list of regular hirers, booking schedu
5) Have at least two years' post-qualification full-time work experience. Experience in venue facilities hiring coordination and statistical compilation of performing arts venue, international exhibition and conference centres, art centres or museums in Hong Kong is an advantage
6) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and be mature in personality
7) Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
1) Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and lawfully employable in Hong Kong
2) Have Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent; or have Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
3) Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent
4) Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
