Systems Analyst

My client a sizeable operational authority is seeking for a business analyst for support project manager for data projects

• Conduct comprehensive user requirement studies, system analysis, and design solutions
• Collaborate with project manager to implement and deliver solutions effectively
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and patterns for stakeholders
• Work closely with IT stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions
• Coordinate with ODC vendors to monitor project milestones
• Draft PR memos by extracting relevant information include Project Initiation Forms and Project Proposals
• Assist in management reporting , including ODCMO reports
• Support the issuance of purchase requests at project initiation and correspond on payment requests for final invoice processing with Finance team
• Maintain an inventory of licenses and vendor contracts, monitor expiration timelines, and provide timely rem

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system support and development.
• Experience in requirement studies, system analysis and design, system rollout, and system support .
• Knowledge of data science, software development life cycle and operations is an advantage
• Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving abilities . (e.g. Skills, Languages, Qualifies, etc.)
• Ability to assume a technical/ consultant leadership role
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Good command in Putonghua is an added advantage.

• Tertiary level educational qualification preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems I Data Science, or a related discipline
