Machine Learning Engineer

Our client is a Hong Kong's central banking institution, they are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with solid experience in pipeline to model production to join their team.

• Understand and analyze business needs, collect business users' requirement
• Participate in functional, technical and design discussion with stakeholders to ensure best practices during implementation 
• Conduct feasibly studies, and propose applicable solutions
• Translate requirements into functional solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to productionise the solution from development environment
• Evaluate, train and enhance ML model and algorithm
• Ongoing performance optimization for the ML model
• Develop documentations for the deliverables

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Python data science packages, such as TensorFlow, serving ML Models as API, MLflow and Ray Serve
• Knowledge of model development and deployment, ETL processes and data visualization
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between data scientist, data engineer, application developer and IT teams
• Data driven thinking capabilities and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Immediately available is preferred

• Bachelor Degree in science, engineering or related field
