System Engineer

Our client is well-known tech corporation in Hong Kong, they are looking for a System Engineer with experience on network and system support for their business project.

• Assist IT Specialist in site preparation, system and network design, installation, acceptance, and documentation
• Administration and operations for hardware, software and network
• Apply fixes, patches and updates
• Troubleshooting and other support for project success
• Maintain and support Windows / Linux-based systems, including performing system upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, monitoring and identifying areas for improvement
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in providing daily support and advice to end-users

• 3+ years of IT experience, including min 2 years of IT experience that covers one or more of the following areas (viz., functional/specialty experience):
  • Conduct site preparation planning and control, network sizing, implementation and related support services
  • Conduct system installation, configuration, integration, interface management and performance tuning
  • Perform data modelling, data dictionary maintenance, database construction and tuning
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related disciplines
