Our client is a well-known tech corporation in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Middleware Engineer with experience in infrastructure services and middleware product (IBM WAS, Weblogic or JBoss) to join their banking project.


Responsibilities

  • Provide services to IT & business users by ensuring system performance and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements 
  • Manage infrastructure services including middleware, system monitoring and remote access services 
  • Provide technical support and installation for new project implement with those infrastructure services



Experience

  • 4-6 years of full-time working experience in IT sector
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of project 
  • Ensuring the all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Sound knowledge in IT infrastructure services, such as SevOne, Tivoli, MDM (MobileIron), Remote Access (F5, Citrix), APM (Dynatrace) & Microservices (OpenShift)
  • With knowledge in middleware products (IBM WAS, Weblogic, JBoss);
  • With cloud service support experience will be preferable;
  • A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Cantonese is preferable.
  • Self-motivated and good problem solving skills



Education

  • Diploma graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent
