Site Coordinator

Our client, an innovative public corporation, is expanding their winning team by looking for a Site Coordinator. The contract duration will be 12 months.

• Coordinate the sequencing of site works across various contractors and manage the associated project programming
• Support project administration tasks and monitor the works progress
• Attend site meetings, conduct daily inspections, witness on-site and off-site testing, and prepare progress, quality, and safety reports
• Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, facility management, and operators
• Act as an emergency coordinator, responding to callouts and taking necessary action during non-business hours
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Corporation

• A Higher Diploma or above in building / building services engineering or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of working experience in building or building services disciplines;
• Experience in working at main contractor is an advantage;
• Proven record of the development of R&D offices, industrial buildings and institutional buildings;
• Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good leadership and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure; and
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position.
