時間: 11:30-20:30

地點: 旺角區商場

時薪: $75/h(包1小時飯鐘) 

工作內容:

* 向客人介紹產品 & 解答查詢

* 負責店內日常運作 & 貨品管理

要求:

* 有禮貌、有責任心、守時、能簡單英語溝通

* 有retail 經驗優先, 如有眼鏡銷售經驗尤佳

* 一星期可以返到2日以上，自由報更

• 具備發現顧客需求的能力，同時可以提供給顧客專業的戶外著装建議，從而完成銷售指標
• Identify customer’s needs and providing professional products suggestions to achieve sales targets
• 擔任品牌營銷大使，協助戶外及時尚愛好者的社群活動
• Act as a brand ambassador, support with outdoor activities to improving customer satisfaction
• 不斷提高顧客對品牌的滿意度時刻關注購物環境及品牌形象，確保顧客體驗的安全舒適
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction with the brand and maintain an excellent shopping environment to ensure the customer experience
• 協助執行店鋪的日常運作、貨品調配、店鋪陳列
• Assist in store daily operation, merchandise displays and other sales activities

貨倉執貨, 分貨, 處理店舖日常工作, 需體力勞動

• Review daily, weekly and monthly sales and product performance data taking action to improve sales performance
• Develop short and long-term business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Drive the quality of the in-store customer experience and build enduring relationships by communicating and training team on Aesop’s approach to hosting, customer service and consultations
• Maintain outstanding store condition such as stock management, administration, payroll and visual merchandising standards
• Implement all Consultant training requirements within store to a high standard and initiate regular conversations with teams to seek opportunities for improvement

• 一般店鋪日常運作，貨品陳列

• 為客人提供專業意見及產品資訊 – 手錶及售後服務

• 與店內其他同事合作共同達成銷售目標 及 個人目標

• 整理貨物及保持店舖整潔以確保客人擁有優質與舒適的購物環境

• 參與對產品知識及銷售技巧的培訓 及 活動

工作地點：各區專門店 All Location, 尖沙咀, 銅鑼灣為主

Sales 售貨員：

• 中學學歷

• 良好廣東話及普通話，基本英語會話能力

• 善於與人交談，開朗外向，良好溝通技巧，對鐘錶零售行業有熱誠

• 待人謙卑有禮，良好出勤記錄

• 整理貨物及保持店舖整潔以確保客人擁有優質與舒適的購物環境

• 擁有一至二年相關工作經驗 (初入零售行業者亦會考慮)
