• Conduct thorough research (across different channels and methods) and analysis of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide recommendations that drive business growth.
• Manage key accounts/clients to ensure continuous relationship development to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new and potential clients across different industries who have an interest in and will benefit from the solution.
• Review and improve account’s commercial terms accordance to Company’s guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the General Manager and CSR of the Club.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, stakeholders and volunteers.
• Leading the Tennis court, swimming pools, gym room, and all facilities, with Spa and wellness areas
• Co-ordinate, organize and execute community events, outreach programmes, and other initiatives to increase involvement and support.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of community engagement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Club and the community, responding to enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Attend meetings with factories in China, the US, Japan, and customers overseas.
• Coordinate requests from various parties, including factories, customers, and shipping companies, to ensure smooth shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate / negotiate with the related parties to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• In charge of some projects and coordinate / negotiate with the related parties to improve the operation
• Aim to reach the sales budget, follow up the status of actual sales against budget & check the reason, report to AM & Manager weekly & monthly.
