• Lead procurement operation and provide overall management of the centralized procurement function to deliver end to end services. 

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

• Analyse their procurement needs and provide valuable input in business requirement, vendor specification and decision process.

• Support for projects under funding program that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in the Mainland
• Support services such as conducting credit research and company search on the grantees, chasing for overdue reports, pre-change request supports, pre-agreement signing supports, preparation on oversea onsite checks and paying visits to the grantees’ local entities in Hong Kong for ascertaining whether they are in operation.
• Conduct preliminary checking of supplementary documents provided by grantees and support initial assessment of applications
• Handle administrative work and hotline enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned
• Assist in maintaining the database and compiling reports

• Work closely with branch assistant manager to drive product sales & GP target of all retail channels
• Manage all aspects of merchandising including cost negotiation, vendor compliance and management, product recruitment, quality/certificates compliance and order fulfillment.
• Establish supplier base, evaluate suppliers' performance and build up strong relationship with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal & external parties to monitor & maintain good inventory management.
• Handle product enquiries, sourcing, product development, order processing, product quality assurance site audit, product testing & compliance control and after sales services
• Supervise the sales operation at Customer Center, ensure product selection, sales, store layout, visual merchandising and promotion events
• Work closely with internal departments to source product for promotion campaign and caring programme.

• Work with various stakeholders to identify and qualify new or existing capable suppliers through RFQ and e-bidding event
• Drive price reduction and quality initiatives for assigned product categories in accordance with company's best interest
• Liaise with quality department to devise performance benchmarking test and coordinate with testing lab to carry out testing
• Work closely with product managers and purchasing managers to collect facts, ensure smooth project realization and project timely is met
• Provide support in enhancement of product specification for price negotiation, cost reduction initiatives and high quality of products
• Source potential suppliers and maintain competitive price for assigned categories

• Responsible for the short-term and long-term planning and day to day operations of the Global Business Development Department of the company
• Establish strategic connections with senior/new customers and build strong relationships
• Direct and manage all clients' sourcing initiatives and activities
• Continuously build, maintain and strengthen good client relationships as well as internal teams
• Mentor and develop direct reporting employees for both their training and career growth
• Monitor and report on clients' activities and issues and provide relevant reports to senior management

• Understand market trends and customer preferences in product assortment
• Choose new products, innovations and prepare the presentation to the customers
• Work with country hubs on innovations, present the offers in a structured way to European countries and customers
• Negotiate terms of purchase, delivery, payment with suppliers, identify and reduce the risks in the supply chain
