Operation Supervisor

Our client is a leading Japanese company in toy manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Operation Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to handle their order administration duties.

• To handle daily order administration
• Liaise with customer and monitor the progress of production
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding production/Logistic arrangements
• Prepare for the necessary reports for the superior.
• Help to prepare for full set of shipping documents.
• Liaise with customer and monitor the progress of production 

• Post-Secondary or above
• With at least 1 year relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
