Procurement Assistant

Our client is a local sizable company. They are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team to provide procurement operations.

• Work closely with branch assistant manager to drive product sales & GP target of all retail channels
• Manage all aspects of merchandising including cost negotiation, vendor compliance and management, product recruitment, quality/certificates compliance and order fulfillment.
• Establish supplier base, evaluate suppliers' performance and build up strong relationship with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal & external parties to monitor & maintain good inventory management.
• Handle product enquiries, sourcing, product development, order processing, product quality assurance site audit, product testing & compliance control and after sales services
• Supervise the sales operation at Customer Center, ensure product selection, sales, store layout, visual merchandising and promotion events
• Work closely with internal departments to source product for promotion campaign and caring programme.

• High Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience in retail industry
• Merchandising management experience in electrical appliances, consumer electronics, household cooking appliances, health & wellness products
• Strong analytic skills and commercial sense in response to the ever-changing market
• Strong presentation skills including ability to put together persuasive sales presentations and establish strong business partnerships
• Good communication skills, including both spoken and written English and Chinese
