• Manage the complete set of accounts, including month-end closures, financial statements, and management accounts
• Create management reports for companies in Hong Kong and the PRC
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, credit control, financial analysis, and invoicing for both Hong Kong and the group of companies
• Prepare group consolidations, statutory accounts, and related schedules
• Perform other management accounting functions or ad hoc assignments as needed
• Ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with local statutory requirements and company accounting policies

• Collaborate with local finance teams in Hong Kong and abroad while working at the corporate office

• Manage the consolidation of group reports

• Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
• Manage budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis across departments and business units
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance indicators (BPIs), while developing relevant tools and reports
• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership
• Coordinate and execute finance-related projects, including organizational structure planning
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance and trend analysis, as well as financial modeling
• Support management in capital-related activities and transactions
• Drive process improvements and develop internal policies and procedures to enhance finance operations
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives within the finance function
• Assist in financing activities as needed

• Manage the consolidation process for financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HKFRS and IFRS standard

• Prepare annual and interim reports

• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, eliminating discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting across all subsidiaries

• Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to senior management and stakeholders

• Coordinate with various departments to gather and integrate financial data from multiple subsidiaries for consolidation purposes

• Conduct variance analysis on consolidated financial results, providing insights into performance and addressing discrepancies

• Identify and implement process improvements in the consolidation workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Ensure the group complies with HK Listing Rules and other applicable laws and regulations.

• Lead the month-end closing process, providing consolidated accounts and management reports.
• Process monthly payroll for the Hong Kong office and manage annual salary tax return filings.
• Work with departments to enhance finance and accounting efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as the main contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and the company secretary for audits and tax matters.
• Identify and implement improvements to strengthen cost control and internal controls.
